About the Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas

The Symphony is one of the world’s largest cruise ships.

The ship features a network of “neighborhoods” such as the Boardwalk, where you’ll find a sports bar & arcade, candy & ice cream shop, hand-carved carousel, burgers and fries at Johnny Rockets, and spectacular  aquatic acrobatics and high-dive shows at the AquaTheater.

Other neighborhoods include Central Park, Entertainment Place, Royal Promenade, Pool and Sports Zone, Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Center, and the Youth Zone.

There are over 20 restaurants on the Symphony of the Seas, providing lots of dining options. Several of the restaurants on the Symphony are firsts for Royal Caribbean, including Hooked Seafood, a New England style seafood restaurant located in Solarium at the front of the ship, and El Loco Fresh, offering made-to-order tacos, burritos, and other popular Mexican fare.

Entertainment aboard includes the Broadway musical “Hairspray” at the ship’s Royal Theater, a high-diving and acrobatics show at the AquaTheater open-air amphitheater, and a high-tech ice-skating show at the ship’s Studio B ice rink.

As you might expect from the world’s largest cruise ship, there’s lots of opportunity for active fun. Onboard adventure includes glow-in-the-dark laser tag, ice skating, zip lines, FlowRider surf simulators, and the tallest water slide at sea.
