About the Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas

This first of Royal Caribbean’s Oasis Class ships, Oasis of the Seas continues to set trends thanks to a $165 million “amplification” in late 2019. The 2019 upgrade added more entertainment and adventure options on a ship that was already packed with things to do.

Oasis of the Seas passengers can keep themselves busy with the pools and slides at Splashaway Bay aqua park, ziplining high above the Boardwalk, riding the waves on the FlowRider surf simulator, playing some hoops on the sports deck, trying for a hole in one at the ship’s mini golf course, reaching new heights climbing the ship’s rock wall, battling it out at Clash for Crystal City glow-in-the-dark laser tag, or testing your deductive skills at the Mission Control: Apollo 18 Escape Room challenge.

Oasis of the Seas is a huge ship with plenty of room for accommodations of all types. There’s a cabin or suite to fit any cruising style or budget – from the economical but comfortable standard interior cabin to the spacius and luxurious Royal Loft and Grand Panoramic Suites.

It should be noted, that because Oasis of the Seas has a large open air promenade, not all interior rooms are windowless – some have windows overlooking the promenade and the Central Park View Interior cabins actually have balconies overlooking the ship’s vegetation-filled Central Park neighborhood.
