To get the special rate, at least one adult member on the reservation will need to provide proof of Florida residency.
Current discount offerings out of Miami include a 6 night Western Caribbean Cruise departing on October 11th and 5 night Western Caribbean Cruises departing on October 17th, 26th, and 31st.
