About the Norwegian Joy
The Norwegian Joy primarily sails 7-night cruises from Miami to Mexico and other Western Caribbean destinations. Longer cruises to California by way of the Panama Canal are also available.
One unique feature on Norwegian Joy is the quarter mile oceanfront promenade known as The Waterfront. You’ll find some of the ship’s signature restaurants and bars located along this open air walkway where you can enjoy the view and fresh air.
From go-kart racings to laser tag and virtual gaming, Norwegian Joy offers a lot of variety when it comes to activities.
For outdoor fun, the ship has a Aqua Park with Aqua Racer twin slides and a double loop slide that hangs out over the edge of the ship. For some less active activity, there’s a mini golf course.
Norwegian Joy has three main dining rooms – The Manhattan Room, Savor, and Taste and the Garden Cafe serves up casual breakfast, lunch and dinner. Specialty dining options include seafood at Ocean Blue, authentic Japanese fare at Teppanyaki, casual America favorites at the American Diner, premium steaks at Cagney’s Steakhouse, Italian meals at La Cucina, Elegant French dining at Le Bistro, Texas BBQ at Q Texas Smokehouse, and a fusion of worldwide tastes at Food Republic.
In addition to the standard inside, oceanview, balcony, and suite classes of stateroom, the Norwegian Joy also offers The Haven. The Haven is an area located at the top of the ship, fitted out with Norwegian Joy’s most luxurious accommodations. The Haven staterooms come in a variety of configurations, including suites, family villas, and penthouses. Guest staying in The Haven have 24-hour butler service, concierge service, and access to a private sundeck.
